Job Description
Manager - Customs Brokerage responsible for developing customs brokerage product in the marketplace, focusing on operations, finances, sales, people, systems, and culture, and adhering to the company's policy and procedures.
Requirements
- College degree and above or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3-year experience in customs clearance and management/leadership experiences
- Well-rounded knowledge of the customs tariff, customs system, and regulations
- Possession of a customs broker license is an advantage
- Strong global Logistics Industry knowledge
- Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel
- Good English reading & speaking, understand cargo-related documents in English
- Experience in handling various import/export customs formalities
- Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required
- Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
- Good problem-solving skills
