Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Mechanical team, supporting projects across the United States. The role involves leading technical projects, quality control, reviewing designs, and analyzing project costs. Emphasis is on innovation, mentoring junior engineers, and understanding of psychrometrics and HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and direct less experienced mechanical staff.
- Perform QA/QC review of specifications, reports, and deliverables.
- Determine content of drawings and specs for less experienced staff.
- Review code with designers and ensure compliance.
