Job Description
As a Project Architect at EXP, you will lead and coordinate the technical development of projects, work with a multi-discipline team, and develop presentation documents and construction drawings. You will also participate in design phase activities and ensure that designs meet applicable building code requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture required from an accredited University
- Architectural license required
- LEED AP a plus
- Detailed knowledge of architectural and engineering practice with emphasis on design, design development, preparation of construction documents, preparation of specifications, building materials, construction costs, and building codes
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
