Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Medical Records Management (MRM) Team
- Ensure defined SLAs are met
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to make sure all deliverables are met and equipment is properly maintained
- Maintain SOP and process checklists for the key activities of the MRM Team
- Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs.
