Job Description
This Associate position requires a data engineering professional with 5-7 years of experience, with a strong focus on Databricks. The role involves hands-on experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Delta Lake), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and SQL. Strong skills in data governance, ETL frameworks, and DevOps are essential.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in data engineering
- 2–3 years of Databricks hands-on experience
- Strong expertise in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala/SQL)
- Solid experience with Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, and data modeling
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation
- Experience with ETL frameworks, workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, DBX Workflows)
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps
- Exposure to MLOps and MLflow
- Attention To Consistency
