Job Description
The Deputy Deskside Support Manager will provide day-to-day technical direction to the team leads, motivate and instill a professional attitude within the team, and ensure development of and team adherence to processes and policies.
Requirements
- Experience supervising personnel that resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues, as well as troubleshoot software application and connectivity issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- In depth knowledge of IT Help Desk, Deskside Services and Systems Administration environments
