The Clinical Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of clinical trial and clinical operations contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trial contract management
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating terms & conditions
• Adapting clauses to country-specific requirements
• Comfortable negotiating with clinical sites and service providers across multiple regions
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environments
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• English and French languages proficiency
