Job Description
We are seeking a Thin Film Process Engineer to develop processes used for thin film and coating optics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, materials science, or a related field, and experience with optical thin film coating, vacuum technology, and structured problem-solving tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- 5 years experience with optical thin film coating desirable
- Experience with vacuum technology desirable
- Proficiency with SPC desirable
- Experience with structured problem-solving tools (8D, DMAIC, etc) desirable
