Requirements
- Completed technical degree with relevant professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in vacuum and coating technology as well as optical measurement technology
- Very good understanding of complex technical relationships
- Quick familiarity with new topic areas as well as careful and concentrated work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 and SAP
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methods desirable
- Very good English skills in both word and writing
