Job Description
Exact Sciences is looking for a Sr. Contract Analyst to support the review and negotiation of complex commercial contracts. The role requires strong analytical and procedural skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Present and explain complex contract terms and conditions to business teams and external third parties
- Manage projects and workload with minimal direction to meet internal guidelines and deadlines
- Interpret complex contracts and interface with internal stakeholders as well as external third parties on contract issues
- Partner closely with Sourcing, Category Management, and Legal Compliance and Privacy to ensure proper contracting escalation throughout review process and obtain all other required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions
