Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM operations, or digital marketing
- Experience with any email or CRM platform (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing concepts
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for simple email template adjustments
- Analytical mindset and interest in learning how to optimize campaigns using data
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
