Requirements

• Execute and monitor critical steps in the process (column packing, capture and polishing chromatography, viral inactivation, viral filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration).
• Participate in the introduction of new products and technologies in the workshop.
• Initiate quality records, including deviations, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and participate in investigations.
• Write and review procedures and operating modes used in production, as necessary, train other staff members on the operation of equipment and process.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment; collect data and write/update the BPF documentation.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the production team by providing assistance to other team members.
• Report problems.
• Contribute to the success of production by actively participating in operations.
• Ensure a smooth and continuous communication with the manager on the current operations status.
• Document the process steps in the batch files in accordance with the BPF and company directives.
• Develop an understanding of the equipment and operations used to manufacture biotherapeutic products in compliance with the BPF.
• Perform other tasks that may be requested by management.
