Job Description
Methods and Engineering Manager responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational issues in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment. The role involves proposing and implementing improvement strategies, leading cross-functional projects, and supervising a team of engineers, planners, and technicians.
Requirements
- Master's or Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience in GMP-regulated biopharma or a similar industry
- 5+ years in project or team leadership
- Strong expertise in GMP utility systems
- Experience with electronic systems such as CMMS and QMS
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
