Executive Director

This position, supporting the VP of Operations, is responsible for overseeing the facility's operations and providing a safe environment for treatment clients. The Executive Director acts as a liaison between departments and clients, answering questions and addressing concerns. A key part of the role involves ensuring client well-being throughout the treatment process and assisting clients in adapting to the program.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare setting for client care.
• Supervision experience required.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening.
