Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at PT Evonik Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in chemical plants, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Minimum graduated S-1 Chemical Engineering
- At least 10 years' experience working in chemical plants
- 3 years at supervisory level
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of ESHQ and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly
- Management skills and deep understanding of the business impact from production
- Strong leadership skills
