Maintenance Craftsman

The Maintenance Craftsman is responsible for performing routine work in all of the craft skills required to construct, repair, and maintain plant equipment, utilities, building, and related structures of a silica-based chemical processing plant.

Requirements

• Perform routine duties of fabricator-welder-pipe fitter
• Perform routine duties of mechanic-millwright
• Troubleshoot and replace valves
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Be able to identify and work with hydraulic fittings and hoses
• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervisor and performs other miscellaneous duties
• Engage in preventative maintenance
