ESHQ-LCQ Manager

Evonik is offering a role as ESHQ-LCQ Manager in Pandino. The job involves ensuring compliance with legislative obligations regarding workplace health and safety, updating risk assessment documents, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Requirements

• University or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Proven experience in EHSQ and management systems
• RSPP qualification
• Sound knowledge of English (C1)
• Knowledge of Seveso Directive provisions is a plus
• Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
• Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, results-oriented, ability to delegate, precision, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability or predisposition to coordinate people both hierarchically and functionally
