Job Description
Executive PA & Social Media Manager role requires someone with 5-10 years of experience as an Executive PA in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident, and able to work in a non-corporate, hands-on environment. The role involves providing comprehensive support to two Directors, managing all administrative and organisational requirements, as well as overseeing the company’s social media presence.
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience as an Executive PA within a fast-paced, pressurised environment
- Strong, proven minute-taking skills across operational and management-level meetings
- Solid experience managing and coordinating multiple social media platforms
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
