Job Description
We are seeking a strong leader for a Clinical Program Supervisor role within a new MST team, residing within an hour of St Joseph County, IN. The position involves training, supervision, collaboration, and implementation of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles to empower youth and families. The role emphasizes creating strength-based behavior change and provides in-depth training in MST methodology.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
- Minimum one solid year supervisory/leadership experience.
- Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth.
- Implementation of interventions within or between systems affecting youth.
- Training and collaboration with outside agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong computer and electronic health record skills.
