Job Description
This Bilingual Clinical Therapist position offers compassionate support to families with children and children and families. The role involves providing intensive interventions using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to address behaviors and life-changing changes for youth. The position focuses on trauma-informed care, collaboration with caregivers, and ongoing training. Requirements
- Spanish proficiency is required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field (or Master’s with clinical licensure preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in services for families and/or youth
- Ability to engage with and collaborate with key participants
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation
