• Familiarity with sourcing candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, local job boards, and tech communities.
• Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and electronic recruitment tools.
