Job Description
EveryPay is a fintech company focused on building the digital financial infrastructure for e-commerce in Greece. They are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join their Risk Management team, assisting in risk identification, analysis, and improvement. The company serves many major Greek marketplaces, including Skroutz.
Requirements
- BSc in Economics, Finance, Banking, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk management and ERM process
- Experience in fintech or payments service is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO frameworks
- Familiarity with regulations like PSD2, EBA guidelines, acquisitions & issuing, DORA
- Knowledge of governance structures and risk reporting practices
- Experience in building/enhancing risk frameworks in scaling fintech
- Knowledge of card scheme rules and digital wallets (Visa, Mastercard)
- Professional certifications (FRM, CRM, PRM, ICA, CAMS) will be an asset
- Knowledge of project management systems (ASANA) are considered a plus
