The ideal candidate will have experience with primary documentation, MS Excel, and electronic document management. They will be responsible for administering 'Včasno' cabinets, accounting for internal documentation, and maintaining records of document circulation.

Requirements

• Experience in working with primary documentation
• Confident knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in electronic document management (upload, signing, approval)
• Attention to detail, ability to work with a large volume of documents and in a multi-tasking mode
• Organization, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
