Requirements

• Experience as an assistant of 2+ years
• Experience in organizing the work schedule of a manager, planning meetings and events
• High level of organization, attention to detail
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Proactivity and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
