Senior Client Success Manager, Legal Marketing

The Senior Client Success Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal teams, responsible for managing multiple clients simultaneously and ensuring client retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Account Management/Client Success experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required
