The Client Success Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our clients and our internal digital marketing teams. You will communicate with clients about how their campaign is performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Account Management or client-facing experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns
- Solid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required
- Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus
