This role focuses on partner network optimization, channel development, sales operations, and collaboration with internal teams to meet market demands and business objectives. The position requires a data-driven approach and the ability to lead large distribution networks.

Requirements

• Develop and lead distribution strategies across General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels.
• Oversee channel operations, including distributor management and trade coverage.
• Build relationships with distribution partners and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze channel performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Lead capability development initiatives.
