Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician (English speaking) to manage the requests of different levels of our client's IT service, handling new employee arrivals, technical assistance, analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of equipment and network problems, and more.
Requirements
- 3 years of IT support experience
- Excellent mastery of Windows environments, deployment tools (MECM/SCCM), Office 365
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French and English, ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, analytical sense, and critical spirit
