We are looking for a VIP Support Technician - Reference Person H/F for one of our clients based in Montrouge. As a member of a dynamic team, you will provide personalized VIP support, ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment, and offer exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in proximity support, ideally in a VIP environment
• Linux, workstation environments, and ticketing tools mastery
• Rigorous and service-oriented, recognized as a technical reference
• Valid driver's license
