Requirements
- Organize interventions
- Perform maintenance interventions
- Take knowledge of the diagnosis and tests carried out by the Help Desk and complete, if necessary, the diagnosis following a procedure established using the tools available to you (logic trees, scenarios, etc.) and implementing your technical knowledge
- Proceed with the replacement of parts or parameterizations and configurations necessary according to established procedures
- Transfer to competent interlocutors
- Perform preparation and installation operations of workstations or software
- Transport equipment to the integration site and to the user's office
- Perform installation operations in strict compliance with instructions
- Complete the documents following instructions to ensure the traceability of the preparations made
- Provide adapted responses to user demands and needs
- Determine the user's level of computer literacy and autonomy and adapt accordingly
- Advise, assist, and inform the user in accordance with their request and the limits of your intervention perimeter
- Have the user validate the delivery of the intervention or installation
- Report your intervention in the request and incident management tool
- Ensure follow-up of files
- Keep the user informed of the progress of their file
- Be attentive to the respect of deadlines and appointment commitments
- Manage equipment, spare parts, and stock
- Update the lists of spare parts and equipment removed from stock
- Participate in the management of the fleet
- Update entries and movements in the fleet
