Job Description
We are looking for a Technician Support de Proximité H/F with advanced English to intervene directly with users, manage incidents and requests, and perform maintenance and resolution operations on computer hardware. Work location is in Paris, IDF, with a salary range of 26,000€ to 30,000€ gross annual depending on profile.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience on a similar post
- Excellent relational attitude
- Rigorous follow-up of existing procedures
- Good mastery of English (minimum level B2)
