Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for increasing productivity with innovative methods and motivating staff to perform their best. They will coordinate production activities, assist with minimizing labor overtime, and recognize and solve problems affecting production, quality, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing experience
- Training in Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Demand Flow
- Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures
- Exceptional communication and proven leadership skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
