Growth Marketing Manager, B2B Marketplace

Everfit is building the leading platform for health and fitness professionals to connect, coach, and scale their business. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive coach acquisition, build processes, and develop creative campaigns to activate and motivate coaches.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in B2B2C funnels and account-based marketing, growth, or customer acquisition
• Experience building and managing email campaigns, webinars, or live events
• Experience using AI as a thinking and execution partner
• Data-driven and analytical approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and common SaaS tools
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
