Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Sweden)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally, with a focus on tech talent and a strong emphasis on ethical AI development. The role involves identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, and influencing the development of the recruitment stack to match the scale and ambition of the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset - ability to find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
