Transport - Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Driver | Full time | Erith. Deliver products to customers while being safe and responsible on the road. Must have a Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Valid CPC, Digital Tacho Card, and 12 months experience.

Requirements

• Use of a handheld terminal to record accurate information
• Nights out required
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
• Driving Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Ensure you do your daily vehicle checks to make sure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use
• Ensure you inform the transport office of any problems in good time i.e. if you’re running late
• Fit to drive; considering alcohol intake, daily rest, prescribed/over the counter medication that could affect your ability to drive
• To ensure you arrive at your job on time
• Excellent customer service
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Operating in a safe way, following all road rules
• Ensure all paperwork is correct, completed and returned to the transport office
• Delivering goods to various locations
