Operations Manager Nights

We are seeking an Operations Manager Nights to join our UK managed transport solution team. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for managing a team of transport professionals to execute our daily plan and ensure safe and profitable execution of our services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in road transport operations in UK across planning and execution
• Clear evidence of people management skills in team environment across a large scale and complex operation
• Experience in the FMCG sector demonstrating a clear understanding of the importance of achieving customer KPI performance
• Good understanding of road transport regulations, health & safety standards, and driver compliance
• Ability to work under pressure with experience of navigating high pressure adapt and overcome situations
• Experience of working within set cost and revenue targets to manage daily execution needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
