Job Description
Full-time Store Supervisor required for EUROSPAR Summerhill store to ensure smooth running of fresh foods department, provide high quality customer service, and maintain food safety standards.
Requirements
- Support management in ensuring profitable, efficient, and hygienic operation of fresh foods department
- Supervise team to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to required standard
- Provide high quality and consistent customer service
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulatory requirements and BWG Food Safety Manual
- Lead by example in promoting great customer experiences
- Monitor and record critical food safety information and maintain necessary HACCP documentation
