Nikon is seeking a DACH Regional Controller to serve as the central point of contact for all financial matters in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and collaboration with internal and external partners. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Ideally a recognized additional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Numerous years of professional experience in the financial sector
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting
- Very good understanding of compliance, accounting, and tax law
- Strong analytical skills and high number sensitivity
- Experience in business partnering and cross-departmental collaboration
- Very good communication skills, determination, and strong initiative
- Safe use of MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Very good German and English skills
