Galileo Ground Segment Transformation Coordinator responsible for streamlining ground segment processes, defining and implementing new processes, and ensuring configuration control and best practices are applied.
Requirements
- Follow up on segment and element procurement processes
- Streamline and improve ground segment processes
- Ensure lessons learned are implemented in a timely manner
- Define and streamline associated processes for ground segment digital transformation
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
- Ensure configuration control process is aligned with current practices
- Apply best practices across all ground segment reviews
- Support ground segment requirements and specifications
- Monitor ground segment definition, design, development, verification and validation phases
- Implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the Galileo ground segment design and development organisation
- Contribute to adaptation of the organisation and standards to SAFe methodology
- Support ESA procurement actions
- Participate in Galileo-related reviews and technical evaluation boards
- Investigate and correct incidents and anomalies during critical deployment phases
- Propose new initiatives in the field of Navigation R&D
