Job Description
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an R&D Project Manager in the field of security and defense projects with a focus on Information Technologies. The role involves managing initiatives, crafting documentation, and contributing to European research programs. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a highly collaborative environment.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, preferably with postgraduate qualification at MSc or PhD level
- At least 4 years’ experience in working directly with technical, IT teams
- At least 2 years’ experience in National and European research programmes (focus on Information and Communication, IOT, etc.)
- Proven Experience in software design and development
- Experience in Security/Defense programmes, projects, and applications
- Excellent command of English and Greek
- Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive attitude towards solving problems
- Experience in designing Horizon Europe proposals
