Job Description
We are looking for a student assistant for our Facilities team in Copenhagen. As a student assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, provide customer service, and support the team in maintaining a quiet and professional work environment. You will work flexible shifts that can be tailored to your studies, and receive an attractive salary package and canteen arrangement.
Requirements
- Answering the phone and handling emails
- Serving guests and colleagues
- Service tasks for the house, such as ordering catering for meetings
- Inventory counting and ordering of goods
- Post and package receipt and shipment
