Job Description
The Financial Analyst will analyze business drivers, financial performance, and provide recommendations to improve profitability. This role involves creating budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, and monitoring KPIs. The analyst will support business plans and achieve cost effectiveness through reporting and tracking.
Requirements
- University/College degree, preferably in Finance, Business administration, Economics or Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar finance role
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Confident, accurate person with attention to details
- Curious, open-minded attitude and willingness to learn
