Job Description
Euromonitor International is seeking a detail-focused Sales Incentive Analyst to support the sales organization through accurate and timely commission and sales data management. The role involves case management, transaction analysis, performance reporting, and support for Sales Operations, with a focus on driving sales performance. The analyst will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and other teams to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
- Analytical, logical, and strategic thinking skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, adaptability, and teamwork
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerBI is a plus)
- Prior compensation or commission tools experience
- CRM experience (Incent or Salesfore)
