We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to join our Subscription Products team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring strategic alignment across product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts in a team of 8–12 people
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM), backlog management, and DevOps principles
- Expertise in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Excel, SQL, and wireframing tools
