HR Operations Teamlead (fulltime/parttime minimaal 24 uur)

As an HR Operations Teamlead, you will be the point of contact within the HR Operations department, combining a coordinating role with operational involvement in daily HR processes. You will oversee the workload within the team, support colleagues, and ensure processes run smoothly and according to agreement.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education (HRM or equivalent)
• Experience in HR administration or HR operations
• Experience with coordination, guidance, or point of contact roles
• Service-oriented, communicative, and accurate
• Decision-making, connector, and taking the lead
• Good command of Dutch and English
