Senior Vendor Relationship and Performance Manager

The Senior Vendor Relationship and Performance Manager role within Group Spend Effectiveness (GSE) at Euroclear Group focuses on ensuring the effectiveness of outsourcing partners. This role involves managing relationships, performance, contracts, and compliance, contributing to strategic initiatives, and supporting Sourcing and Procurement. It's a critical part of delivering standardized central services and enhancing clarity for Euroclear strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT services Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement or IT Service Management
• Proven track record in managing vendors’ contracts and performance (SLA/KPIs)
• Relevant experience with Agile operating models and Agile KPIs frameworks
• Deep understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk controls
• Experience contributing to sourcing or RFP processes
• Solid track record in negotiations around outsourcing services
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Good to have: knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures, technical skills for process improvement
