Marketing and Communications Analyst, Events

We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing and Database, Events teammate to join our dynamic Events Team. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this role will support the Events team in strategic initiatives for audience growth and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in event management, marketing, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in using design tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Cvent or other event management software
• Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 2-3 times a year as needed
