Audio Supervisor

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is seeking an Audio Supervisor to lead its audio team during the summer season. The ideal candidate is an early to mid-career professional with supervisory experience and a passion for audio production. The Audio Supervisor will supervise, train, and mentor the audio team, lead audio load-in and load-out, and work closely with designers and artistic staff to support performances.

Requirements

• Supervise, train, and mentor the Audio Team
• Lead audio load-in and load-out of performance spaces
• Work with Production Manager to interview and hire Audio Dept. staff
• Travel to PRG for prep of production rental package
• Maintain equipment in performance spaces and on-site Pub
• Coordinate with Assistant Production Manager and Lighting Supervisor
• Work directly with designers and collaborate with artistic staff
• As needed, serve as audio system engineer
• Support other departments as directed
• Create and maintain all sound department paperwork
