Job Description
Eucalyptus is looking for a CRM Executive to help shape the patient experience through digital touchpoints. The role involves executing and optimizing data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns to inspire confidence and drive retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in a DTC or healthcare brand
- Hands-on experience with Customer i.o, Braze, Iterable or similar ESPs
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and campaign performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools
- Familiarity with Figma or equivalent design tools
