PART TIME: Saturday Academy Manager

The Saturday Academy Manager oversees all aspects of Saturday School programming for scholars in grades 3rd through 6th, ensuring a smooth, organized, and impactful academic intervention experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching or leadership experience preferred
• Previous experience managing instructional programs, tutoring programs, extended learning, or Saturday/after-school academies preferred
• Strong understanding of 3rd–6th grade math standards and GMAS expectations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve in real time
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to maintain a structured, positive program environment

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ($25 per hour, increasing based on experience)
